20 hrs from leaving hotel for the airport In Phnom penh.it is a long day. The flight was perfectly good 100% full but not much of a challenge for girls like us. Bit twisted with my timing. It's 12:45. Am here and Cambodia time it Is about 3 in the afternoon. So I'm not close to being tired even after the flight

Packing up to head to the next hotel

Phnom pehn. We are taking private car as opposed to the bus. It is a huge Cambodian holiday here and public transportation is jammed 3-4 hr car rude 55. Us. Like taking a cab from downtown vancouver to the airport.

We just got a report that the dog that bit Michy is in intensive care and not likely to make it thru the night. The poor dog Should have chosen his victim much more carefully. Of course Michy is fine...

Well good morning it is raining again

Scheduled a bike tour this morning. Slept in earplugs trying to sleep thru the chanting monks all night. It is so loud it's like they are outside our room. The roof here is thatched anyway Michy jumped up and left. Not sure that the tour is on with this rain. I was not that quick or ready to ride 30 km in pouring rain. Must be getting to the end of the trip.

We have enjoyed a fruit shake and a swim. Almost time to hit happy hour and dinner

We carried on the meet Pou.

He took us again in tuktuk through villages to the dam. We took a pan ride through the lilypad waters so was delightful

Plan a went to plan b

Our guide arrived this morning after a delightful swim And breakfast. To say that we would be unable to do our walk rrheough the village as so much if it was under water. So plan b call pou yesterday's guide and head out with him. Do we chose to walk into the village and meet him Onthe way Michy wanted to kayak. Upon looking at the available kayaks I thought better of the idea. The good thing was one didn't have a hole in it and we didn't have too far In the river to board the kayaks as photo below

So I assured Michy I would be waiting upon her return from her delightful kayak down the clean river. Well she chickened out. Go figure
